To request transcripts or any other school documents, students must fill out the Records Request Form. Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis after receipt of completed request form(s) and appropriate fee(s), if applicable. Please note that official transcripts and diplomas will not be released if the student has outstanding financial obligations.
Please email registrar@angelesuniversity.edu for any record request. The Record Request Form and Credit Card Authorization Form must be completed for your request to be processed.
The Credit Card Authorization Form is only required should the requested documents require a purchase.
Please allow for an extra business day for your request to process on top of any other document transit times, should you send your request online.
Transcripts start at $10.00 for normal processing time and are $20.00 for expedited processing.
Students/graduates of Angeles College are allowed one free transcript.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing of requests.
Expedited processing are available for an extra fee and are expected to take 1 to 2 business days.
Same day deliveries are accommodated on rare exceptions. Please contact the registrar at (213) 487–2211 during business hours.
